EARLY WILLIAMS STEAM ENGINE REVERSE BOARD WIRING.  ANY ONE OUT HAVE A SCHEMATIC ON THIESE OR KNOW WHERE TO FIND THEM? THANKS

A picture of the engine,  wheel arrangement (4-6-4 for example), railroad line, road number, guess on the build year, etc.  would help. 

A clear close-up picture (or pictures) of the reverse board would be most helpful.
