new RS3 horns

     In regards to new RS3.

     Will the horns on the Western Maryland nr 198 be the correct as Nathans five chime

all bells forward with three bells on bottom and two bells on top?

Which brand/sound decoder, loco?
I am not aware of any Bachmann  Factory installed sound decoder locos at this time.
