important ques for Bach-Man

I have a Class 08 Diesel Shunter which i have made into Diesel

i hade it pulling some "real world" cars and then a side rod holder thing broke (the white part)

Bach-Man do you fix "Bachmann Branch-Line" engines or just american/thomas engines?
(because i dont want to send it back to Ehattons and wait like 2 months to get it back or get a new one and have to paint it all over again)

How would the side rods break off by pulling certain rolling stock? That has no affect from the way I look at it.

I'm sure you ruin the warranty on it if you modify it, so you'll be paying for it.

And Bachmann should be able to fix Branchline items, as Bachmann Europe are happy to do so for American items.
