its alive?! (smoke generator)

Was using my 0-6-0 for a youtube video,"daily L&W" where it shows what happens on a regular day. During the run, it pulled 2 1980s anthem (I think) coaches and a chessie system caboose. When I screwed up a shot, I decided to refilm it. It went fine. I turned my back to turn the power off when a steady pitter patter sound started. Turning around, the smoke genorator came back to life! I just let it simmer for a minute and thenn cut the power. When I last brought it up, ABC made it sound like it would never run again, apparently not. So is it working or should I just ignore it till it blows off? I would like to see it steam again but its not a must.

I did not say it would never work again, I just said that it is not reliable. It usually requires that you run it at 1/2 throttle to work at all, but I don't use it ever.

Sorry about that, when i read it i thought you meant it was dead and done. well nothing will be perfect.

thats what happened to my 2 engines, when ever i run them, nothing, but when i cut the power there's a steady stream, for about 5 seconds
