I have a bunch of turnouts w/DCC, and wanted to know how I should program them to respond to different accessory numbers..?

the manual didnt come with anything, and a few weeks ago I programmed one by accident, and can't replicate that. Does anyone know how I can program the DCC turnouts so I can turn them on/off remote..?
