Block detection, signals used with Bachmann ez command

Thank you. Right. I Can't use Bachmann ez command to control Block detection.So , How can I use a block detection to control signals .How to wired it and how I make the connections ?Where I put the signal? Someone have a diagram to help me?Thank you
