how to change whistles

when i read the instructions for my new N&W  j class (with dcc and sound) it says that it includes 3 types of whistles . how do you change the typs of whistles?!!!

also what do the other whistles sound like??

Whistle select is configuration value 115 its default value is 0, so changing that should give you one of the other two choices.
You will need a Dynamis or the equivalent advanced DCC system to change this CV, a basic E-Z Command cannot change advanced CVs.

How you change the value of CV115 depends on your DCC system and in general will appear quite different from ABC's example.

What your whistles sound like is best determined for yourself by trying them out.

That wasn't an example it was what is listed on the manual for the OEM Tsunami decoder that Bachmann uses, see the Product References tab, go under DCC Sound to get the Sound Decoder CV Defaults PDF.
