3 Truck Shay

I am a newbie to model railroading ~ have a new Bauchmann 3 Truck Shay ~ would like to install a decoder in it ~ have removed every screw I can find and still can't separate the frame/engine from the shell ~ help!

Dear Rev,
If you have the HO Shay, the decoder goes in the water tank, which is released by single screw toward the front of the underframe.

Bach-man,
   Many thanks for your reply! The exploded diagrams should tell me all I need to know to reassemble the shay. With support like that, I will buy Bachmann again.
