Here is probably a one evening project.
This I see regularly on a railroad in Westfield MA, the Pioneer Valley Railroad, a sixteen mile short line that connects with the CSX.
It has a pull rod so the dump body can be swiveled. Two air lines and a electrical connector. It is pulled by a Hi Rail truck.
