dc controller for e-z command system

where can one get a dc controller which works in conjunction with e-z command controller # 36-500 and the cost of such?(used for running an  analog train on e-z command system)

The E-Z Command system will run 1 DC analog loco without a DC controller. The only thing adding a DC controller to the E-Z command accomplishes is allowing you to use address (button) 10 to control an extra DCC loco. At any rate, the DC controller has a MSRP of $53.
