is there a curved bridge without track in 22" radius that will allow the ez track to go on

I don't think so, I looked for some and couldn't find any that were simple to build.. What I used is the Atlas Pier Girder Set and found one that was the right height and used it. Since my creek isn't very wide I only need to use one. In your case, use the Bachmann piers, not the Atlas ones.

They make kits and you would build it to suit your needs, but these tend to be harder to build and require good measuring because once you cut everything to fit there is no going back and doing it over.

With very few exceptions, a curved bridge is really a series of straight bridges.  Viaducts can be curved.  If you just need a short curved bridge, use a short straight bridge but widen the base so you have clearance between the trains and bridge.  It's not hard to do, at least with bridges which have no tops.  Once, I used an Atlas through girder bridge but replaced the kit bottom with a piece of steel which slid right into the channels for the original bottom and it looked fine.

Campbell used to make a curved trestle from wood. If you can find one or find plans (ho seeker)  building them is easy. It looked like this
