J 4-8-4 DCC

I am thinking of purchasing a  SPECTRUM HO J 4-8-4 DCC TRAIN LOCO NORF 82122. Which DCC decoder is installed in this train from the factory? Thank you for any replies.

If it doesn't have sound it has a standard Bachmann 1 amp decoder, if it has sound, it has a Tsunmai decoder, but it doesn't have all the sound effects.

As stated you have control of 8 F functions. Most DCC controlers now have more than 8 functions. The E-Z DCC unit by Bachmann has 8 functions.
