HO Bachmann GP-35 (Plus) Decoder info

Dear All,
What is required to put a decoder in this Loco?
Is the motor "Isolated"?
Can anyone send me the original drawings?
Contact me at my email, if needed.  If anyone has pictures..  That would be GREAT!!
