James' wheels

Dear Bach-man,
My James model in HO has been running fine in all but the two front wheels keep on coming off the tracks while running causing James to derail eventually.  Can I send it to you guys to see if you guys can fix it or possibly a replacement?

Check and see if it's bent. I had that problem with my Henry.
