dcc on bord loco

i just got a  dda40x I'm using digitrax for my dcc how do u program it or is it all ready programed  and i don't now how to program a dcc  loco can some one tell me or give me the info for it thanks Zachary

It's already programed to run on address 3.

It can stay on address 03 until such time as you decide to run more than one locomotive.  A that time you will want to be familiar with the contents of the Digitrax manuals.  They lay out all the steps required to run multiple locomotive.
