Bachmann Spectrum Track Controller

Hi, my bachmann spectrum e-z controller just stopped working and I have no idea how to fix it.              Whats happening is when the controller is on 0 the lights on the coaches just turn on and the engine starts moving then i turn it closer and closer to 100 and it stops mocing with the lights barely on in the coaches. Does anyone know how to fix it.

sounds like you have too much current draw.  should work with all the coaches off the track.  if it does, you need a booster.
