IC caboose 9670 & 9676

Well, a friend of mine taped the same area that i taped for my "Ohio secrets ep.1" video. And he got some better shots than me... here's the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdAfZ6eXit

I looked and looked and it seems these are ghosts! they don't have 9676 listed at all! from the info i found, 9670 is from the 1900's and was retired 1964-1966... this sounds right but is their any other availible info?
