The Rivarossi northern might get around a 18'' radius but it ain't gonna look purty .
Better you try a 24'' radius as a minimum starting point'
0-6-0 ' 4-4-0 even a 4-6-0 would be a better choice wheel arrangement on curves as tight as 18''

I use my FEF-3 to do "yard" work, that has many 18" radius curves.....
This is the latest 4-84 that Rivarossi produced; tho....
