Regarding curved track radius for Road Name:UnionPacific-6927 ProdCode62252

there is no mention of the recommended curved track radius. I assume since this is a 16 drive wheel locomotive the minimum track radius would be 19" . Is this correct ?

No, not correct. This model is designed to run on 9-3/4" minimum radius.
