Posting photos on eBay item descriptions

Hi,
recently I've been selling a few things on eBay. I've noticed that some sellers post photos in the description of eBay listings, presumably to get around fees for uploading more than one photo.
How do you do this? Is it as simple as the [ i m g ] ... [ / i m g ] (without spaces) code used on this forum, or what?

Most people who do this have their own program that they purchased for use to sell things on eBay, and you can do all kinds of stuff with it. Some people link to their photos on other websites also.

ebay has forums that discuss issues like this. go look at the ebay forums. makes sense to me.
