Can someone please tell me what kind of couplers would I use on the bachmann item no.01314 cavalier train  set. thanks joe

Always room for one more....

Most would say to go ahead and replace the couplers with kadee metal couplers.  They are great.  However, if your set comes with EZMate Mark II couplers (has a small spring on the knuckle), you will probably have good results with them as well.  I notice the set description does not say what kind of couplers are on the rolling stock.  It is one of the nicer sets, with DCC on board and a nice steamer.  So it wouldn't surprise me if you have Mark IIs already.
