Dear Friends,

Here is the schedule. 

Lots of steam and those cute little makeup cars.  One troop carrier is a 1923 Nash with 4 cylinder engine, 3-speed tyranny on the floor.  Another is the single cylinder intermittent fire (not Stormi's) that is reversed by retarding the ignition at the end of the compression stroke, which reverses the flywheel direction, included is a belt transmission.  Neat to ride and observe.

Actually,  EBTNUT,  I will not be there.   I am going on an extended weekend vacation the following week and cannot afford to spend two weekends in motels.   I will be at the railroad on Sunday,  Oct 18 if all goes well.

I have made the trip from Rochester twice annd both trips were well worth it. One weekend was during the fall spectacular and they were running a couple of steamers including 'Millie'

Why use a tricorder when you can bring the hooded viewer to bear?!
