I believe that.  But it may take a little longer with retirement age technophobes.  Last spring my 2-1/2 year old grandson was teaching me how to use his iPod Touch.  He really did know more about it than I did.  Not surprising, perhaps.  I have spent only half my life working in electronics.  He has spend virtually his whole life pushing buttons and observing.
