service question

Im preparing to send a 2-8-0 locomotive to the service department.....and while im getting ready send i had a couple of questions before i send it.

1 Do i have to send the tender with the engine?

2 I have southern rwy version of a the 2-8-0 (this is not the one im sending) but it has a bell that is mounted on the front of the smokebox, i was curious as to if the service department had any smokebox fronts like this in stock, ive never seen another engine like this anywhere.

3 I have an old set of F-9's from the mid 1990's does bachmann still stock the old body shells for them.

Sorry to ask to many questions but i kinda like to kill 2 or 3 birds with one stone.
