Buy a set of track planning tools and make your own. (and that is not supposed to come off as rude) It's pretty easy, 18"r to 36" r is included, and you qan substitute your own things for larger radii.

I did a Yahoo search for "model railroad layout" and came up with this one. It was the second link listed.

You ought to know that the 'Net is a huge library. Learn to search it and you will find more information thant you will ever need.

BNSFModeler,

Do a search for Kalmbach Publishing.   They are the publisher of any number of model railroad books and magazines.   They have a number of track plan books available.

You might visit your local library....I found a bunch of current Kalmbach ''how to'' books, and some really great photo books, I even found a listing for a lineside structure photo book, it was checked out tho.

Since you posted the question twice, I will put my resonse here also.

Here are quite a few I found on Google.

Adapt one to what you would like. With flex track, it should not be too difficult to modify.

With what it is going to cost to build a layout you want, you can easily buy at least one model railroading planning book from Kalmbach. It sounds like you have not done this before so a couple of model railroad planning books will be usefull. You are going to have to do the planning yourself. You will no doubt get new ideas after you start building.
