Yes the UP #19 was in the following set:

90014*   UP   Prairie Flyer 2-4-2   1989   1992   Mixed   19   N/A   Gon DRGW#1638   ATSF Flatw/logs #1422   Combine UP#554
Notes:   Wood burner, Catalog set from 1989 to 1992  Combine was not lighted & Trucks were black instead of silver.

I always liked that locomotive, but they were known for gear problems.
