Dear Loco Bill,

Do you have a list of separate sale Annies over the years?

I'm specifically trying to find out which item #s, road names and years have which type of valve gears.

Thanks.

Sincerely,

Joe Satnik
If your loco is too heavy to lift, you'd better be able to ride in, on or behind it.

Loco Bill,
Now that's a tall order.

Sure hope you've been keeping up with each year's offerings since the Annie was first introduced.

If not, putting this information together will sure keep you off the streets and out of the bars! ;)

I am away from my resources, and will not be able to check.  It will be late in the month , but I will get back to you.

I have a lot , but possibly not all of that detail.   I was working on it,but with all going on I can't remember if I finished the research!!

You are very welcome Joe.

One of these days you will have to teach me how you added that picture to your  site ID

Dear Bill,

Well, first I had to convince the owners of the Soo Line 2719 that they should remove the loco's drivers...

Pretty simple after that.

I have a WP&Y Factory #14 with W. gear. I don't know the model number.
Let me research it a bit.

Could it be a "Plus" separate sale engine-tender from the early to mid 1990's?

Joe,

The Bachmann Plus WP&Y 4-6-0 was #10 and had the plastic simplified Walschaerts valve gear The number was 31497.

The #14 WP&Y Annie is metal Walschaerts valve gear The number was in the set version.
I did a typo on my earlier listing and listed set 90059 as having #12 when the correct answer was #14.  Totally my fault, as the eyes are getting weaker!! :-[ The favorite spot sells them seperately factory new from the sets.

If you have a number 14 WP&Y in a seperate box, please let me know the Bachmann number on the box, and PLEASE send me a photo of the box end for my backup records!!

Thanks

See my correction above :)

If you have the #14 WP&Y with the metal valve gear in a seperate box factory new, PLEASE send me a photo of the end of the box with all the data on it and a photo of the loco in the box.  I will gladly reimburse you any costs!!

I would very much like to include it in my reasearch backup, if true.

Thanks a lot!!
